Position Title: Sales and Marketing Assistant
Objective:
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the coordination of various sales communication and marketing activities

Developing and maintaining sales proposals, presentations, desktop communications
·
Attending tradeshows, company events and client meetings
·
Assist with web-site development
·
Executing a wide variety of communications including direct mail, email broadcasts, cold calling, etc.
·
General Administrative tasks
Qualifications:
·
2+ years experience
·
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
·
Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
·
Excellent verbal and written skills
·
Strong organizational skills to schedule and prioritize department and individual work to meet various schedule and objectives
·
Experience with cold calling a must
