More often than not, a “necessary evil” that coincides with signage is township and/or landlord approval.  For our client’s convenience, Pro Sign Company offers permitting services.  Our goal is to quickly identify the restrictions related to sizes, quantities, and colors of signage.  In addition, an understanding of the typical time-line, and cost of securing permits and variances is provided.  Other secondary information is obtained during this process, such as code requirements of landlord approval and chances for variance approval, if applied for.
